The store would only give a STORE CREDIT, What good is that? I have no confidence in their products if they will not last more than 6 weeks.
Buying another pair of Natalizer shoes is out of the question as is shopping at SUPERSHOES who dosen't stabd by their product.
The store would not grant a refund. The clerk said that because the shoes had been used a refund could not be granted. HOW DO YOU DETECT A FLAW IN A SHOE WITHOUT USING THE SHOES?
Purchased shoes at Kittery on Feb 16, 2016. Two weeks ago I dicovered that the ball of each shoe had a crack accross each shoe. so after haing the shoes for less than 6 weeks the shoes had developed cracks across the soles of each shoe. Shoes would suck up ground water. I took them back to Super Shoes in Kittery for a refund.
