Settled on a minimum of original death certificates of 10...delivered 6 with no explanation.
Was suggested to us to bring what ashes should be placed in after cremation "so we didn't have to transfer ashes to final resting place" which we did. Showed up and were handed a plastic bag of ashes. Nice. Really Nice. If you have a choice, don't go here. Poor service, very little caring.
Disappointing at best. Initial promises to "follow up" not followed through on. Never returned calls.
We lost my grandmother and brother A few months apart and I tell you what they were absolutely amazing to our family! Thank you all for everything!!!
