Throughout the years I have had much dental work done, and always found myself switching dentists because I was never really happy with any of them for one reason or another. That was until I came to The Center for Restorative Dentistry! I have to admit that I have never been so comfortable, relaxed, or pain free during a root canal in all my life!! Everything was explained to me every step of the way and there were never any unexpected surprises. Since I started going here I've had the opportunity to have work done by both Dr. Hallissey and Dr. Swallow, and I really couldn't be any happier with them! They are both amazing and talented dentists with a bedside manner to match! And the cleaning & polishing that was done by Jen was excellent! My teeth never felt so clean! I'm actually looking forward to my next dental appointment because I DO NOT fear the dentist anymore!!! Plus it's just like visiting with old friends when you walk through the door and are greeted with a big welcome! IF YOUR TIRED OF THE REST AND WANT THE BEST THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!
Dr Hallissey and his entire staff took the time to make me feel welcomed and accommodated. Lisa greeted me promptly with a beautiful smile. Bryan is a breath of fresh air; efficient, personable and funny. Dr. Hallissey was gentle and thorough in his exam. He listened to my concerns with an open mind regarding my treatment plan. Because of the time he took to answer my questions, I know I can trust his knowledge and judgement as a conscientious provider. When I mentioned that I have trouble with tooth sensitivity and staying numb with novocain, he didn't flinch and asked if I have any redheads in the family. As a matter of fact I do and apparently that makes a difference! I had the most pleasant cleaning ever with Jen and enjoyed her insightful perspectives on health, happiness and life. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, warming the water for me so I wouldn't have sensitivity. No other office has had the ability to easily accommodate that request for me. I never liked going to the dentist before, but these folks really made the effort to keep me comfortable and informed about what was happening. I'd highly recommend The Center For Restorative Dentistry if you've had bad experiences or are afraid of the dentist. It's made all the difference for me.
My first appointment was fabulous! Everyone was smiling when I came through the door which is very refreshing. It shouldn't be, but it is! Dr. Hallissey performed the most in depth exam I've ever had. Bryan was so kind and frankly hysterical which is calming. Jen did the best job ever of cleaning my teeth. I was there for three hours and really felt the staff cared. From someone who has had bad experiences with Dentists, I highly recommend this Dentistry!!!! Thank you Center for Restorative Dentistry!!! My teeth thank you too...
The transition of the dental practice from Steve Swallow to Brendan Hallissey has been seamless, courteous and professional. When I first went to Steve after moving from Boston I was astounded at the level of expertise, continual desire to learn and improve, and the congeniality of his staff. Steve chose well when he transferred his practice to Brendan. Brendan shows the same professionalism, desire to improve and learn, treatment of his patients,and human oversight and leadership of his staff. I and my family consider ourselves fortunate.
I came to Dr. Hallissey because of a broken tooth. The front office staff was very welcoming, and genuinely concerned for my health. Dr. Hallissey was very thorough with his exam, and had a plan to proceed with a crown. I felt he really listens to my concerns, and is well spoken when it comes to explaining the procedures needed. I have since had a root canal and crown for a different tooth and I couldn't be more happy with the quality of work. I have had cleanings done also, and I highly recommend his hygienist Jen. She is amazing! She is very professional and well spoken. Like Dr. Hallissey, she listens to your concerns, and explains everything she does. She takes the time to explain the benefits of good oral hygiene and can recommend options to keep your teeth in great shape. Let's face it, no one likes going to the dentist, but the work ethic of this office is incredible, and I never feel uncomfortable when it comes time to visit.
